ALFONSO | born in jamaica, alfonso is a social justice advocate and entrepreneur. he has MANAGED several businesses ranging from a jewelry design company to founding his own psychotherapy private practice. ALFONSO graduatED from the university of south florida with a bachelors degree in communications AND A masters degree in mental health counseling. he ALSO HAS earned A phd in counselor education at montclair state university.

FUN FACT: ALFONSO was a collegiate athlete and ran track for more than 8 years.

DATON | with OVER A DECADE of leadership AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, DATON HAS WORKED in TOP foRTUNE 500 COMPANIES aND WITH small businesses ALIKE. he CURRENTLY directs the finance and operations a personal and professional development company headquartered in new york city AND is also a leadership coach and trainer SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO ACHIEVE LASTING RESULTS. Daton graduated from the university of south florida with a bachelors in general studies with a concentration in accounting and from nova southeastern university with a master of science in leadership. HE ALSO HAS EARNED A Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance certificate FROM RUTGERS UNIVERSITY AND HIS Associate Certified Coach (ACC) CREDENTIAL through the International Coach Federation.
